Individual Counselling
I offer individual counselling for teens and adults, both online and in-person.
In these sessions, we work collaboratively to better understand your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, while creating a safe, supportive space where you can openly explore and express difficult or overwhelming feelings.
Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, hopelessness, or grief; navigating a life transition; struggling with addictive behaviours; feeling stuck in your past; or wanting to understand yourself better and feel more confident, the focus is on creating meaningful and sustainable change.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your individual needs—grounded in the belief that increasing self-insight, expressing emotions and learning practical skills go hand in hand.
Play Therapy (Children from 4 years)
Play therapy provides children with a safe and supportive space to express themselves in a way that feels natural to them. Through play, children are able to process emotions, experiences, and challenges that they may not yet have the words for.
In our sessions, I help children develop emotional awareness, build regulation skills, and find healthier ways of coping with their world.
Parents are an important part of this process. I work closely with parents to provide guidance, insight, and practical tools to support their child beyond the counselling room.

Workshops and Talks
I offer workshops and talks designed to equip individuals, families, schools, and organisations with practical tools and a deeper understanding of mental health.
These sessions are grounded in psychoeducation and aim to make complex psychological concepts accessible, relatable, and applicable to everyday life.
Topics can be tailored to your audience and may include emotional regulation, social skills, parenting support, mental wellbeing, and navigating challenges in children and adolescents.
The goal is not only to create awareness, but to empower people with the knowledge and skills they need to support themselves and others.

Assessments
Aptitude for School Beginners (ASB) Assessments
The Aptitude Tests for School Beginners (ASB) are designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of a young child’s readiness for formal schooling.
These assessments can be administered individually or in small groups to children who are preparing to start school. They offer valuable insight into the foundational skills needed for learning and adjustment in a school environment.
The ASB assesses key developmental areas, including visual perception, spatial orientation, reasoning, early numerical skills, coordination, memory, and verbal comprehension.
Career Guidance & Subject Choice Assessments
Career guidance and subject choice assessments are designed to support learners in making thoughtful and informed decisions about their academic and future career paths.
This process includes a range of psychometric assessments that explore an individual’s interests, strengths, personality, values, and aptitudes. Together, these insights help guide decisions around subject choices and potential career directions.
